Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the quality control strategy across packaging, materials, perfumes, bulk and finished products, ensuring adherence to development process specifications. You’ll supervise packaging and production QC activities, manage reclamations and corrective actions, and drive quality improvements with internal and external manufacturing partners. You’ll coordinate a cross-functional area team, oversee risks, and shape investment and budget for the plant. This position offers impact on product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, international environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead the packaging and production quality control processes at the Plant - Coordinate area team (packaging, production, laboratory), driving training and performance evaluation - Manage reclamations, consumer claims, and corrective actions - Oversee equipment management and QC methods;
monitor quality risk management of suppliers and subcontractors - Define, follow-up and implement area investment projects and budget;
ensure resources for quality activities - Ensure release of packaging components, raw materials, perfumes, bulk, semi-finished and finished products - Manage all control activities (incoming, process, audits) and non-conformities from a technical perspective - Lead the Continuous Improvement Process (Black Belt functions) and improvement events - Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, environment, and safety policies;
supervise metrology andKPI tracking - Participate in development phases of new products with cross-functional teams;
support CQVs and industrial trials - Monitor and control quality indicators, metrology, and strategic deployment plans - Maintain relationships with other departments and inform senior management of anomalies - Handle IT KU functions and accident investigations as needed - Ensure training and development plans for skills deployment across the plantResponsabilidades - Bachelor Degree in Engineering, management, industrial or similar - Minimum 3 years in a similar position - Spanish fluent;
English fluent;
French intermediate - ISO2859-1 knowledge;
cosmetics industry GMP awareness - Experience with components manufacturing, filling processes, and quality tools;
