Overview At Izertis, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Retail Finance & Payment Reconciliation to join one of our clients operating within the luxury retail industry. The selected candidate will work in an international environment, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial processes supporting retail operations.Location: The candidate may be located in Portugal or Spain, in any city .Responsibilities ALM Lifecycle Support: Participate in all phases of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support within the finance domain.Payment Reconciliation: Oversee and configure data flows in reconciliation tools such as Matchbox, ensuring that boutique and e-commerce sales match bank statements accurately.Functional Configuration: Perform basic "hands-on" configurations within SAP FICO modules and support IS-Retail processes related to financial closing.Multi-System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve incidents in the interface between Point of Sale (POS) systems and the financial ERP, guaranteeing business continuity.Documentation & Quality: Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and user manuals in Confluence, while managing task progress via Jira.Requirements Technical SkillsSAP Knowledge: Solid functional knowledge of SAP FICO (Accounts Receivable and General Ledger) and desirable experience in IS-Retail.Payment Systems: Familiarity with payment reconciliation tools (e.g., Matchbox) and digital payment gateways.Methodologies: Experience in Agile environments and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.Data Analysis: Ability to map financial data flows and detect inconsistencies in multi-system environments.Soft SkillsMulticultural Communication: Ability to interact with finance teams in different countries, adapting technical language to business needs.Proactive Autonomy: An organized and methodical professional who seeks solutions independently and manages time efficiently.Conflict Resolution: Capability to manage expectations of finance users under pressure, especially during month-end closing periods.Language RequirementsEnglish: Mandatory. Full professional proficiency for all global communication and technical documentation.French: A very good asset. Highly valued for interaction with Maison headquarters and finance teams in French-speaking regions.Profile & QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business Management.4 to 8 years of professional experience as a functional Business Analyst or Junior SAP Consultant.Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to financial data precision.What do we offer?
