Join our dynamic innovation team as a Transformation Engagement Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI transformation journey across AXA's global entities. Bring your expertise and AI innovation to drive impactful initiatives and lead change at a global scale in AXA.

About The Job

Your main objective is to lead and manage complex digital, data & AI transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives. You serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving engagement, managing project teams, and ensuring value realization throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Main Missions Your Responsibilities Include
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
* Project Delivery & Management:
o Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
o Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with clients and teams to define transformation goals and objectives and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps and frameworks.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and client personnel.
* Change Management & Adoption: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and KPIs, prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, identify opportunities related to AI and develop new approaches for business transformation challenges.
Expected Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
* Proven experience in managing large‑scale transformation projects, including AI transformation projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, and complex projects.
* Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
* Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Business acumen and customer oriented.
* Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability.
* English — fluent in speaking and writing — mandatory.
* Work experience in an international environment is a plus.
* Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
