Scope
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships that are critical to the company's long-term success. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue, improve retention, and expand product or service adoption.
Job Description
* Responsible for the commercial activities in their assigned key accounts supporting EVS growth strategy.
* Manage and identify business opportunities within Key Accounts.
* Coordinate customer requirements analysis to propose most adequate EVS's solutions in collaboration with Project Managers, Solar and M&S Team
* Build commercial proposals and negotiate major or long-term deals
* Build a thorough knowledge of EVS' solutions/services as well as from the competition
* Establish deep customer intimate relationships with Key Accounts using a systematic approach: understanding of their strategy, identifying of key decision-makers, mapping of organizational structure, getting to know technology solutions roadmaps and go-to-market focus with the target to identify ways to maximize value for both parties and work on strategic synergies enabling further Sales. Reflecting this information in key account plans.
* Appropriately use company resources required to support a sale while controlling operating expenses
* Create regular meeting reports and sales forecast updates with detailed client information, keep the CRM up to date
* Ensure that customers are highly satisfied with EVS overall and long-term
* Articulate commercial and marketing strategies in collaboration with different departments (Markets & Solutions, Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure the success of EVS growth plan in the segment
* Attends regional and international tradeshows and events
* Contribute to the elaboration and consolidation of yearly 5 year business plan update and year+1 budget
* Actively contributes to the products & solutions evolution, capturing market trends and market insights to identify customers' future needs
* Travel as needed to meet clients, and to support sales development efforts
Profile
* 5+ Years of experience in key account sales management and sales development in mid-large size and international companies.
* Degree in Business, Marketing Finance or equivalent preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to the stated qualifications may be considered especially in Broadcast & Media industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* A true seller with a growth mindset demonstrated success in reaching growth targets and meeting targets
* Result and growth-oriented
* Well organized person with knowledge of CRM systems and the follow up of their pipeline
* Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
* Excellent knowledge of broadcast equipment industry
