Experteer Overview In this role, you will support Finance & Risk IT services as part of the SoFRESH Fronting team, serving as the single point of contact for OFS & CIB finance users. You will handle incident management, data integrity, and administration of finance systems while proactively communicating with stakeholders. You will participate in project implementations and contribute to maintaining high support standards. French preferred - Client care orientation - Hands-on experience with systems, interfaces, and IT process investigation - Problem solving and change management mindset - Team-player capable of adapting to changing perimeters - Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines is a plus - IT skills: Excel;
