This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of AI infrastructure, performance engineering, and business decision-making, where you will take ownership of GPU capacity planning across a large-scale environment.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting GPU usage across clusters, ensuring the infrastructure evolves in line with business demand while remaining cost-efficient, secure, and high-performing .
This role goes beyond technical execution — you will translate complex metrics into clear, executive-level insights and actively contribute to investment and scaling decisions .
Monitor and analyze GPU utilization using Prometheus and Grafana dashboardsOwn capacity planning and forecasting for GPU infrastructureDevelop models to predict growth and optimize resource allocationProvide recommendations on scaling, hardware refresh, and cost optimizationPrepare and present C-level reports and strategic slide decksCollaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement teamsEnsure security, reliability, and compliance across Linux-based environments
Who are you?Strong understanding of GPU architectures and performanceSolid experience with Linux systems and DockerHands-on experience with Grafana and PrometheusProven ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insightsExperience creating executive-level presentations and reportsStrong communication skills and business mindsetAvailability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
