As Segment & Solutions Business Developer for Universal Enclosures, you will act as the global leader responsible for designing technical solutions that drive sales development for Infrastructure (Power & Grid and Mobility), with a specific focus on E-Mobility and New Energy Landscape projects. This role requires close coordination with the IG and OG sales organizations worldwide.

You will become a market expert within the organization, providing strategic insights and shaping best-in-class solutions and architectures to support business growth in this strategic segment. Responsibilities include working on specifications with Global Solution/System Architects, understanding customer requirements, prototyping and validating technical solutions, and engaging in technical meetings with strategic customers to define Infrastucture solutions.

You will serve as the single point of contact and expert for Enclosures solutions deployment for Infrastructure targeted accounts globally or regionally, ensuring prescription, sustainable growth, and successful tendering processes. Collaboration with global and local stakeholders—including Sales Account Executives, Sales Directors, Corporate Segment Experts, and Technical Design Offices in Spain & France—is key. Additionally, you will develop partnerships with Internal Regional and Global Technical Hubs (ie. DPAC, GAC, RAC…) Teams to promote Universal Enclosures for Infrastructure specific accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the adoption of the Infrastructure Segment & Solution approach in a context of commercial transformation, ensuring solution design and promotion to support profitable growth by segment in coordination with sales operations.
* Expand the customer base in targeted segments and key accounts to support regional growth.
* Manage multi-country strategic account strategies for the Enclosures & Thermal Solutions portfolio through deep customer relationships.
* Support local commercial teams during pre-sales processes for tailored VIP projects: liaise with Technical Offices for design and features, manage RFQs, prototypes, and partner with supply chain on quality and industrialization for optimal end-to-end solutions.
* Define specification strategies and content to expand the global customer base and convert end-users for OG and IG sales development.
* Propose and lead a prescription plan for 2026 and beyond.
* Participate in segment strategy planning: define the Unique Value Proposition for Universal Enclosures LOB, act as a consultant for promotional campaigns, and support events and fairs to reinforce visibility (preparation and/or attendance).

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong technical background with experience in solution design and architecture.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-country strategic accounts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or segment management.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

* Strategic mindset with strong change management capabilities.
* Curious, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.
* Expertise in driving sales and negotiations globally.
* Knowledge of Infrastructure (Power Grid and Mobility) markets and ecosystem highly valued.
* Additional languages (French, Spanish, or others) are a plus.
