You will partner closely with Marketing /ppand Sales to engage qualified leads, nurture inbound inquiries, and generate opportunities /ppthrough targeted outbound prospecting. /ppThis role requires a true hunter mentality with the ability to identify, manage, and develop /ppopportunities that align with QAD’s manufacturing solutions. You’ll leverage creative thinking, /ppdata-driven insights, and best-in-class tools to build meaningful early-stage relationships and /ppaccelerate revenue outcomes. /p pWhat You’ll Do: /pp● Act as the primary contact for inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and /pphandoff to the appropriate Sales Executive /pp● Own the full prospecting ERP lifecycle, from managing inbound interest to driving proactive /ppoutbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline /pp● Execute outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, social, and events to /ppengage decision-makers within key manufacturing and supply chain accounts /pp● Identify and drive both net-new opportunities and opportunities within QAD’s existing /ppcustomer base /pp● Partner with Marketing to maximize pipeline impact from campaigns, events, and digital /ppprograms /pp● Craft personalized messaging and sequences tailored to industry, role, and buyer intent signals /pp● Leverage Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM platforms (6Sense, /ppDemandbase), Salesloft and AI-enabled research tools (Clay) to prioritize high-fit /ppaccounts /pp● Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points, timing, budget, and solution /ppalignment /pp● Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize lead flow and continuously /ppimprove prospecting strategies /pp● Document all activities in CRM and provide insight to Marketing on lead quality, /ppconversion trends, and market feedback /ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /pp● Bachelor’s degree preferred /pp● 4+years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software business development, with success in /ppinbound qualification and outbound prospecting /pp● ERP industry experience a plus OR have sold enterprise software into manufacturing vertical /pp● Strong ability to qualify multi-stakeholder buying groups across global enterprises /pp● Skilled in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Drift, and ABM /ppor AI prospecting platforms (6Sense, Demandbase, Clay, etc.) /pp● Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills /pp● Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a virtual environment /pp● Fluent in English required and one other European languages b(French or German) required /b /ppbr/ppWho You Are: /pp● Demonstrate QAD’s core values: drive for results, commitment to the team, extreme /ppownership, challenging the status quo, and integrity and respect for all /pp● Curious, coachable, and committed to improving your craft /pp● A hunter at heart, energized by uncovering new opportunities and exceeding goals /pp● Passionate about bridging marketing and sales to create measurable pipeline impact /pp● A resilient, optimistic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment /pp● You know how to leverage AI to cut out the manual grunt work, using automation to structure campaigns that scale without losing the human touch. /p
