Technical Sales Manager
who is both technically savvy and commercially driven to help grow our presence.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales (EMEA), you will be responsible for:
* Drive new business and grow key accounts across EMEA
* Identify and qualify leads through outreach, events, and referrals
* Visit customers and partners to build relationships and close deals
* Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and post-sale consultation
* Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams
* Maintain relationships with OEMs, Integrators, and Distributors
* Influence product development and help shape Pyxis' growth in the region
What We Are Looking For
The following are requirements & preferences for the role:
* 5-10 years in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering (preferably in Water Treatment or Industrial Automation)
* Based in Western Europe, willing to travel regularly
* Fluency in English REQUIRED
* Additional fluency in French or German is highly desirable
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Equivalent Experience
* Strong technical understanding of Water Treatment Instrumentation
* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
