- Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP
- Sharp financial insights and strategic thinking
- English proficiency, French would be an advantage.

Rockfield seeks a detail‑oriented and ambitious Fund Controller to strengthen its finance team. In this key role, you will deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, support strategic decision‑making, and contribute to improving portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead real estate accounting and tax processes across Europe, ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting under Local GAAP and IFRS.
- Oversee treasury management, liquidity planning, and forecasting to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Manage complex transaction structuring, refinancing, and portfolio optimisation initiatives, integrating fiscal and legal considerations.
- Monitor fund performance, coordinate capital calls and distributions, and supervise preparation and review of tax models and financial statements.
Serve as a key liaison between investment and fund management teams and external partners such as administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all financial operations.
