Role Overview
As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager focused on the Nordics market, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC DSOM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Responsible for your own sales quota, as the primary Account Manager for a territory of accounts.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in Solution Architect, Presales, or Consultant roles within the technology or software industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills to engage and support partners effectively.
* Passion for sales and technology.
* Technical foundation in areas like orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Results-driven mindset with data analysis capabilities.
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Clear and confident communication skills to showcase value and impact.
