We're looking for a 3rd level Senior Citrix expert profile, to provide services to one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
TASKS
You'll be responsible for :
* 3rd level support to integrate and troubleshoot applications in Citrix.
* Provide support to internal employees and managed services, in projects and initiatives around the application delivery.
* Communicate and work together with different IT areas and the business.
* Provide reporting on different data related to application delivery service.
SKILLS
* Degree in IT engineering or equivalent.
* Senior Management of Citrix XenDesktop for published applications and master images.
* 3rd level support for Citrix published applications.
* Experience managing master images (Citrix vDisk, PVS...).
* Development of complex Powershell automations.
* Management of Microsoft Windows Server (Active directory, GPOs, etc.) and terminal server environments, including Active Directory, GPO Management, etc.
* Fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVE
* Ansible.
* Reporting.
* Citrix infrastructure knowledge.
* Citrix AppLayering.
SCHEDULE
08 / 09h - 17 / 18h Monday to Friday.
1-2 days / week assistance to the office | 4-3 days in remote.
