Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Business Applications, Dynamics 365 F&O;, to drive our customers' business applications transformation on the Microsoft platform.
This is a customer-facing role owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture and operational health engagements.
This role is versátil in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
Gather customer insights to map solutions and services with customer business outcomes leveraging Microsoft Business Applications expertise.
Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and position services to help customers achieve objectives.
Help accelerate solution delivery and adoption through Value Based Deliveries and repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, etc., enabling operational health and cloud readiness.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience.
Provide feedback from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.
Anticipate and identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live or broad usage of projects by leveraging technical/functional/project management expertise and delivering according to Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP.
Business Impact
Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by guiding technical and business decision makers to understand Microsoft Business Applications value proposition and achieve value from the Microsoft technology via solution optimization, performance efficiency, and operational excellence.
Technical Leadership & Practice Development
Drive continuous alignment and improvement of individual skills to support customer and Microsoft business goals.
Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and promote IP reuse.
Obtain relevant accreditations and certifications; mentor junior colleagues on technical and non-technical concepts.
Generate ideas for changes and improvements to IP, technologies, and processes to drive IP reuse and consumption.
Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in Finance & Operations (F&O;).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field plus extensive IT consulting/support experience.
Significant experience in a customer-facing role and as a lead technical solution architect.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps or equivalent experience as a lead functional consultant.
Knowledge of Success by Design methodology or experience delivering business value projects as a value consultant.
No relocation is possible.
Technical Qualifications / Experience
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – deep technical expertise in F&O.;
Understanding of cloud concepts with Microsoft Azure; knowledge of relationships between Dynamics 365 F&O; and Azure components.
Integrations patterns and anti-patterns with Dynamics 365.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management; familiarity with Azure DevOps features (Boards, Repositories, Build/Release Pipelines).
Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management and troubleshooting.
Experience with Regression Suite Automation Tool; ability to set up and execute tests.
Knowledge of integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Power Platform) and Finance & Operations is a plus.
Experience conducting performance and code reviews of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations solutions.
Hands-on experience with performance assessments for Finance & Operations.
