Mission

To ensure the security and resilience of our digital domain, we are searching for a Cybersecurity Trainee. Cybersecurity is a core value at Fluidra, with a dedicated Security Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) prioritizing our systems’ confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We use state-of-the-art security technologies and our Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan outlines our commitment to cutting-edge protection across various areas. As a Global Cybersecurity Analyst, you will collaborate with experts to counter emerging threats and uphold our digital trust.
Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a key part of identity security, focusing on protecting privileged accounts—the most powerful and targeted accounts in any organization.
As a PAM Intern, You Will
- Identify and review privileged accounts to understand who has access and if it’s really needed.
- Check security settings to confirm that accounts follow company policies (like MFA and password rotation).
- Use identity tools to create reports, gather metrics, and spot trends.
- Run basic health checks to ensure our identity platforms are working properly.
- Support improvement tasks by helping document, organize, and optimize PAM processes through automation and the use of AI tools.

- University students with a degree interested in a tech environment and passionate about cybersecurity.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while following guidelines and procedures.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English for daily communication with international colleagues and managers.
