Role Description
As a Customer Success Specialist at Cargofive, you will be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will guide them from onboarding through ongoing adoption, building strong relationships, and proactively helping them reach their business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company and play a key role in shaping our customers’ success in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of the platform.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
* Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify and address potential risks early.
* Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress toward agreed goals.
* Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to help shape product improvements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Build customer advocacy by helping clients showcase their success stories.
* Identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Profile Requirements
* Professional proficiency in English.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success,
