In this role you will help manage the TEIDE infrastructure debt fund, overseeing existing investments and sourcing new deals. You’ll coordinate performance monitoring, ESG reporting, and post-entry issues while independently originating and evaluating infra and energy private credit opportunities. You will structure transactions, conduct thorough due diligence, and lead negotiations to drive sustainable value creation. The position blends portfolio management with active fundraising support in a mission-driven, risk-conscious culture.

• Coordinate performance monitoring and ESG reporting for portfolio companies
• Manage post-investment issues (waivers, extensions, restructurings)
• Originate, analyze, structure, and execute infrastructure junior credit investments
• Lead due diligence including financial, ESG, legal reviews and risk analysis
• Draft investment materials and present to investment committee
• Drive transaction execution: term sheets, financing agreements, and related docs
• Monitor fund/asset performance and contribute to NAV and investor reporting
• Support fundraising activities and collaboration with senior management

Responsabilidades
• 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure & energy credit (alternative finance/asset manager)
• Track record in restructuring/workouts and negotiating with borrowers
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute infra junior credit investments xpzdshu
• Strong due diligence and risk analysis capabilities
• Experience in portfolio monitoring, fund reporting, and NAV oversight
• Experience supporting fundraising materials and investor interactions
• Master's degree in relevant field
• CFA/CAIA desirable? (preferred)
• English proficiency required
