Contribuir y apoyar al equipo responsable de la ejecución de las actividades de Administración de RRHH relacionadas con la Capacitación y la gestión del Talento asegurando que sean precisas y puntuales de acuerdo con los requisitos del Servicio. Responsabilidades del puesto:
Gestión completa de organización de cursos formativos:
Contacto inicial, convocatoria de alumnos/as, reserva de salas, grabación en los sistemas. Gestión con proveedores:
Contacto inicial, cierre de detalles sobre la formación y gestión de la facturación. Soporte administrativo a la formación, apertura de salas, soporte al formador y a los alumnos. Gestión de subvenciones FUNDAE Experiencia Requerida Profesional:
Conocimiento específico en Gestión de subvenciones FUNDAE. Conocimiento específico de herramientas de gestión de cursos como iFormalia Conocimiento en el módulo de formación de Oracle. Conocimiento en Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint y TEAMS. Atención al detalle Habilidades de atención al usuario y comunicativas Motivación y atención al detalle. Capacidad para colaborar y trabajar en equipo, así como de forma autónoma, respetando los procesos y procedimientos. Educación y formación:
Formación o experiencia en un campo relacionado con los negocios, como Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia. 2-3 años de experiencia relevante impartiendo formación en consultoría de RR. HH., externalización de RR. HH. o en un entorno corporativo. Se valoran conocimientos de Oracle y FUNDAE. Atención al detalle. Deseable conocimientos en SNOW Necesidades formativas concretas para desarrollar el puesto:
Profundizar en la comunicación y gestión de cursos en FUNDAE, con la necesidad de estar actualizado/a Conocer el sistema de gestión de formación, especial importancia de los módulos de formación de Oracle y Workday. Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y relaciones con los alumnos/as y proveedores. Conocer sistemas de gestión de formación que se integran con FUNDAE como Iformalia. Conocimientos de Exel avanzados. Soft Skills como empatía, capacidad de escucha, resolución de problemas, habilidades de comunicación…etc. Otros requisitos:
