About the role
As a Social Media Manager, your mission will be to build trust and desire to invest by creating authentic, high-impact content and managing social media channels and influencer partnerships end-to-end. You will ensure Equito is consistently visible, relatable, and credible across platforms—turning awareness into confidence, and confidence into investment.
This role is hands-on, creative, and highly strategic, adecuado for someone who understands social-first communication, moves fast, and knows how to make people trust and engage with a brand.
Your responsibilities
- Own Equito’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X/LinkedIn where relevant).
- Create and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with company priorities (properties, education, trust, product updates).
- Write scripts, develop posts, and publish consistently—short-form content first.
- Produce short-form video content end-to-end: scripting, shooting, editing, captions, and hooks.
- Develop templates and scalable creative formats (series, recurring hooks, repurposing systems).
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content inputs (new properties, investor updates, product news, FAQs).
- Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to ensure authentic, high-performing collaborations aligned with Equito’s messaging.
- Track performance metrics and interpret data (retention, watch time, saves/shares, visits, clicks).
- Run lightweight experiments across formats, hooks, posting times, and content pillars.
- Share weekly insights and propose improvements based on performance.
- Coordinate with the Performance Manager to transform top-performing content into paid ads.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social-first content creation, influencer management, or brand storytelling (agency or fast-growth startup preferred).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Native or very strong Spanish and fluent English.
- Proven ability to manage influencers/creators end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, negotiating).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content styles.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
- Hands-on, proactive, fast executor with strong autonomy.
- High creative taste and authenticity sense.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
- Experience in startups or scale-ups, ideally in fintech or proptech, is a plus.
