Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Spain to drive business development and sales growth within the Spanish market.
This role focuses on building local partnerships, expanding customer base, and supporting long-term market development in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Spain market
Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and fleet operators
Manage the full sales cycle, including tender participation and contract negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local partners
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Spain
Support marketing activities such as industry events, exhibitions, and product promotion
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
3–5 years of sales experience in Spain
Industry background in bus, coach, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is highly preferred
Familiarity with local market dynamics, public tenders, or fleet sales
Strong skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely
Fluent in Spanish and English
