Ph3Role Overview /h3 pThe Senior Finance Business Partner will act as the primary financial advisor to the Regional General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role will focus exclusively on supporting business growth, profitability and driving value through commercial insight, supporting execution of strategy, and improving business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with the GM and SLT to challenge and influence decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives. /li liProvide financial leadership on Request-For-Proposal reviews, investment cases, customer profitability, and sales forecasting. /li liAnalyse customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement. /li liDevelop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, commercial negotiations, and new market entry decisions. /li liLead the regional forecasting and budgeting process in partnership with the central finance team. /li liTranslate group financial targets into actionable regional business plans, challenging assumptions where necessary. /li liMonitor performance against budget, forecast, and key KPIs; identify variances and partner with leadership to drive corrective actions. /li liDeliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to the GM, SLT, and Group Finance. /li liCollaborate seamlessly with the centralised Finance Centre on accounting, tax, and compliance activities. /li liAct as the regional point of contact to ensure financial operations are aligned with business needs. /li liCollaborate, share and support fellow Finance Business Partner colleagues with delivering a standardised and best practice approach to FBP across Europe. /li /ul h3Which skills, competencies and experience are we looking for? /h3 h3Operational /h3 ul liQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. /li liProven track record as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational environment. /li liStrong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into business insight. /li liExperience in sales forecasting, customer profitability analysis, and commercial contract support. /li liStrong analytical and modelling skills, with advanced Excel/Power BI capability. /li liSkilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior audiences. /li /ul h3Relational /h3 ul liExcellent influencing skills; able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively. /li liHighly collaborative, able to build strong cross-functional relationships. /li /ul h3Personal Characteristics /h3 ul liStrategic thinker with strong business curiosity. /li liProactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a changing environment. /li liHands-on and detail-oriented, while able to maintain a big-picture view. /li /ul h3EEO /h3 pToshiba is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that evaluates qualified applicants without regard to age, disability, gender identity, gender expression, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
