Senior Business Analyst
to play a crucial role in the Customer Acquisition area inside the Marketing department. We are looking for a professional who is a data lover, a bit obsessed by data-driven approach and capable of understanding the dynamics of both marketing and data departments.

What your impact will be:
Proactively define and review an overarching marketing strategy, based on data & insights, aligned with our company business goals, identifying areas for optimization and experimentation that can drive incremental gains in our marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervise the reporting for the Customer Acquisition departments to have hands-on involvement with the main marketing channel daily, communicating performance trends and insights to the manager.
Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment and coherence of overall data initiatives. Understand the DB structure and dynamics to extract and analyse data from various sources including digital marketing platforms, website analytics, and third-party data.
Partner with marketing teams inside and outside the Customer Acquisition department to support SEM, SEO and Display planning based on analytics.
Build connections with other marketing teams to understand how external factors may affect overall performance.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
SQL and Excel skills are essential to query the DB, extract data and manage it.
Experience in digital marketing with the ability to set a data-driven strategy.
Proactive analytic mindset capable of turning raw data into actionable marketing insights.
Proficiency with Marketing Technology stacks (MarTech) used in digital marketing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to address complex data challenges and drive solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements in a dynamic environment.
Mandatory Italian language
Fluent English to communicate with international team members and stakeholders
Expertise in Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads, and others)
Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and related data models
Experience in setting marketing strategies and/or budgeting/OKR definition
Experience in Python
