We are currently looking for a Visual Communication Specialist (Part‑time) to join one of our international projects with Hewlett‑Packard (HP), supporting corporate communication and customer‑facing materials within a global, high‑impact environment.
About the role:
* Part‑time dedication
* Hybrid model
* Type of contract: permanent contract
* Project’s length: minimum 1 year expected, extendable
Main responsibilities:
Visual communication & presentations
* Transform complex business and technical information into clear, compelling and visually effective customer presentations.
* Design and maintain presentation templates and visual assets aligned with HP brand guidelines.
* Create reusable graphic elements for presentations, events and other communication materials.
* Ensure consistency, clarity and storytelling quality across all visual outputs.
Digital & web coordination
* Act as the single point of contact with the HP.Com web team.
* Collect, structure and consolidate content inputs from internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate and follow up on web updates to ensure timely delivery and a cohesive customer experience.
* Ensure alignment between visual communication materials and digital touchpoints (no hands‑on web design required).
Stakeholder collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to understand communication needs and priorities.
* Coordinate timelines, expectations and deliverables with multiple stakeholders.
Background & Skills:
* Proven experience in visual communication, graphic design, digital communication or similar roles.
* Strong expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling.
* Experience coordinating with web or digital teams (coordination role, not development‑focused).
* Solid understanding of brand consistency and corporate communication standards.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple inputs and priorities in a structured manner.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, autonomous and solution‑oriented mindset.
* High level of English (written and spoken).
