Overview
Process Control Specialist (PCS) / Logistics Analyst in Amazon's European Central Flow Team (ECFT) responsible for optimizing fulfilment operations across Europe. You will be the primary escalation point for warehouses and the interface between millions of daily orders and Amazon Associates, driving workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management in a 24/7 FC network.

You will shape Europe-wide workflows, provide guidance to FC partners, and help deliver timely customer orders from checkout to shipment.
Responsibilities
* Master Amazon's flow management tools and processes, serving as the go-to interface for seamless FC operations.
* Innovate and implement metrics, analyze data to uncover optimization opportunities, and design scalable, standardized solutions.
* Build cross-functional partnerships and translate complex concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders at all levels.
* Own and influence key performance indicators, including customer promise attainment, flow planning adherence, and site-specific KPIs.
* Develop and deliver training programs to elevate team capabilities and operational excellence.
A day in the life
* Start of Shift: review network status, forecasted volumes and capacities, and potential events impacting forecasts; align with on-site teams on priorities and metrics.
* Throughout Your Shift: collaborate with operations teams across Europe, create data-driven plans, fine-tune staffing, lead real-time decisions, make strategic adjustments as new information emerges, and maintain stakeholder communication.
* End of Shift: share insights and KPI updates, provide recommendations, and communicate impacts for the upcoming shift.
