Alongside, Blue Media Services (BMS) is a customisable AdTech platform that allows users to create and manage high-performance digital ad campaigns with full control, transparency, real-time analytics, and advanced automation.
What are we looking for? Blue is looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategy, campaigns and initiatives for Blue and BMS. You\'ll work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments. We expect you to be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at bringing marketing plans to life across multiple channels to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities Execute, analyse, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, etc.) and email campaigns.
Generate leads through email marketing campaigns and events activations.
Conduct research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as website and email performance.
Create content for social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and print materials.
Social media management: manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing metrics.
Help organize events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, and support marketing efforts before, during, and after events.
Support coordinating logistics for events and promotions (e.g., sending invites, preparing promotional materials, researching events).
Requirements Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related areas.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
English Fluency: C1 level (proficiency in reading, writing and speaking).
Experience: Digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, data analysis, email marketing (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp), website and landing pages creation (Wordpress).
Practical experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads media campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com CRM.
Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or any design tool will be a plus.
International educational / professional experience will be a plus (Erasmus, Cultural exchanges).
