As Rail Strategy Manager, you will own the strategic direction for our rail market entry, placing Prime customers at the core of every decision. You will transform a market opportunity into a scalable business, leading cross-functional analysis and executive-level storytelling. Your work shapes the Rail product strategy, financial models, and prioritized initiatives, driving market leadership. This role offers the chance to influence product, partnerships, and budgets in a fast-growing, tech-driven travel platform.

• Lead strategic thinking on the Rail product and market entry
• Develop and validate core strategic hypotheses for winning in the Rail OTA space
• Formulate a comprehensive strategic framework including success factors and phased market approach
• Define analyses, data requirements, and research to validate hypotheses for executive decisions
• Coordinate with Revenue, UX/Research, Data Science, BI, Marketing to execute analyses and ensure accuracy
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations with ROI and market size analysis
• Communicate findings to CEO and Executive Team to secure buy-in and resources
• Lead execution of Rail initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
• Create and review business cases for market selection and Prime pricing
• Elaborate Rail budget and track KPIs, reporting and budget performance
Responsabilidades
• 3-6 years of experience in top-tier strategic consultancy
• Outstanding xpzdshu analytical skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing valued
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Outspoken and proactive
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences or Economics
• MBA desirable
• Business English proficiency (C1-C2)
