Job Summary
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. This role focuses on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure achievement of Collette brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Hiring and Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to source top candidates in the industry and support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through various training models and on-road coaching and training.
* Performance Management: Manage each team member to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and new product development.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
