Role Description: As part of our expansion in Madrid we are seeking 3 (three) Spanish↔️English/Chinese Tour Guides. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for guiding the tour, driving a van to each one of the destinations of the tour and back, following the tour schedule, managing language interpretation for Spanish, English and/or Chinese and delivering a 5-star experience that involves building rapport and trust with guests while creating a fun and relaxed environment. This is an on-site role based in Madrid.
Qualifications
- Official tourism guide credential from any government Spanish office (preferred)
- Valid Spanish driver's licence (must have)
- Experience managing groups of people
- Fluency in Spanish, English, Chinese and/or Portuguese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work outdoors and manage time in an accurate manner
- Experience in interpretation and translation (preferred)
- Adaptable to changing circumstances
