The Global Service Desk is responsible for ensuring that regional Service Desks in each country receive the appropriate assistance for escalated tickets, ultimately ensuring that the end user receives quick and professional IT service.
Principal Tasks
1. Attending to IT users via telephone, email, and web channels
2. Resolving incidents and user requests
3. Collaborating on problem resolution and changes
4. Using ITSM tools for registration, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of tickets following ITIL processes
The candidate's location should preferably be in Málaga or Sevilla, but we are open to considering other locations within Spain, including Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias, Castilla León, Castilla La Mancha, Andalucía, Extremadura, Comunidad Valenciana, or Murcia.

Requirements
1. Preferred qualification: Technical degree in IT (e.g., ASIR, DAW, DAI) or similar
2. Languages required: German, Spanish, and English (all required)
3. Customer service skills
4. Ability to work well in a team
Valued Skills and Knowledge:
* Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory, O365, remote connection tools with user stations
