What You'll Do
* Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team for the DACH market
* Own and exceed both individual and team targets—leading by example
* Drive net-new revenue across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments
* Use data to refine strategy, improve forecasting, and optimise pipeline performance
* Foster a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and ongoing development
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or fast-growth environment
* Experience leading and coaching sales teams while still delivering strong personal results
* Deep knowledge of the DACH market and fluency in German and English
* Strong xohynlm outbound sales skills with the ability to own complex deals end-to-end
