CONTEXT
We are at a pivotal stage in our journey. Our SaMD product has already proven its value in transforming healthcare, and we are growing rapidly.
Our Growth team (marketing, sales, and customer success) increasingly relies on high-quality visual materials to support our campaigns, sales processes, and customer engagement. That's where you come in.
We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on an ongoing basis. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our visual presence, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality materials quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Your main mission will be to refine and enhance the consistency of our brand by producing engaging materials that support our marketing, sales, and customer success efforts. This will help us boost engagement on our marketing channels and accelerate sales cycles with stronger visual assets.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to deeply understand the business and team needs, ensuring that our design initiatives align with the company’s goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
* Create high-quality marketing and sales materials (images, videos, presentations, newsletters, social media content, etc.) including reusable templates, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
* Ensure brand consistency across all produced materials.
* Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop engaging content.
* Deliver fast designs for time-sensitive projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback.
* Provide creative input on visual strategies to improve engagement.
* Manage workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.

Requirements
Here you have the list of must-have knowledge / experience we’ll be talking to you during the selection process :
* Experienced designer (of at least 3 years) in graphic design, marketing materials, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing and sales materials.
* Experience in designing and creating branding consistency for businesses, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, social media, etc. Ideally in B2B environments.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or other relevant design software.
* Exceptional aesthetic sense and design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling assets while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Based in Madrid Time (CET).
* Fluency in Spanish (native or C2 level) and good level in English (written) to communicate effectively in an international environment.
Compensation & Contract
* Hourly rate paid monthly based on hours worked.
* A minimum commitment of 20 hours per month.
* Flexible freelance contract with the potential for long-term collaboration.
