Overview
European Regional Sales Manager (F/M/X) role at ITP Aero. In line with lifecycle propulsion services, we are looking for a person to join our Component Repair team as Regional Sales Manager for Europe. The selected candidate will lead and monitor the engine component repair sales plan & strategy for select customers and will manage the optimum sales and support process to ensure component repair goals are achieved within the sales territory.
Main responsibilities
 * Interact with customers to provide support and information related to customer inquiries.
 * Generate/provide quotes to drive inbound repair orders.
 * Liaise between customer, customer service, and component repair facilities to drive inbound repair orders, including providing quotations, answering customer inquiries, negotiating pricing, and resolving any other issues.
 * Determine sales territory strategy and qualify potential prospects to increase revenue.
 * Conduct sales calls & visits, provide product support, perform other sales and marketing functions as needed.
 * Coordinate sales efforts with other colleagues within the component repair facilities to ensure operational success.
 * Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with existing customers and potential customers, including identifying stakeholders, decision makers and implementers.
 * Engage with customers to resolve account receivable issues.
 * Respond promptly to inquiries and provide proposals or options to meet customers’ needs.
 * Judiciously expedite and engage in the resolution of customer problems/complaints. Attend industry trade shows, sales meetings, operational workshops and other events as required.
 * Provide management with timely oral and written reports on customer needs, concerns, interests, market situation, competitive activities, pricing feedback and potential for new products and/or services.
What profile are we looking for?
Education Required: Engineering or technical degree (preferably Aeronautic)
Experience & Knowledge required:
 * Prior sales experience & demonstrated success in aerospace component MRO.
 * Prior knowledge of aircraft and engine components.
 * Strong problem solving skills and having a solution oriented mindset.
 * Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
 * Self-motivated, self-starter, strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
 * Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
 * Thorough knowledge of MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Availability: Up to 50% travel required
Language: High fluency in English language
Location: ITP Aero Ajalvir. Madrid or any other ITP Aero site in Europe.
