Human Resources Technician – Globeducate (Spain & Andorra)

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Technician to support our schools in all HR-related matters. While the primary focus will be on recruitment and training management, the selected candidate will progressively take on responsibilities across other HR areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and administrative roles.
* Design and implement strategies to attract top talent in the education sector.
* Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
* Collaborate with school leadership to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless selection process.
2. Training & Professional Development
* Oversee training grants and funding applications.
* Coordinate training programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor training budgets and grant utilization.
* Support schools in identifying learning and development needs.
3. HR Projects & Initiatives
* Contribute to HR digitalization and process improvement efforts.
* Support employee engagement and retention strategies.
* Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance tasks.
* Participate in additional HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
* 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and training.
* Highly dynamic, with strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Proficient in English (C1 level or higher), as many interviews and meetings will be conducted in English.
