Job Adventure, the Barcelona-based recruitment organization, has joined forces with one of the large temporary employment agencies in Austria to bring job opportunities to adventurous people who want and have the necessary documentation to work in Europe.
Who are we looking for?
Hard-working, enthusiastic, and adventurous individuals passionate about cooking, with the necessary skills. Creative and proactive team players capable of handling unforeseen situations in the kitchen. Men or women who are self-sufficient, responsible, friendly, and open-minded.
What do we offer?
* Employment in 4- or 5-star hotels located in the Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).
* Contract types: seasonal or permanent, depending on the hotel.
* Minimum of 48 working hours per week, working 6 days a week during the winter season, with hours ranging from 48 to 54.
* Net salary with 13 or 14 salaries per year.
* Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.
* Free accommodation and meals.

* Assistance throughout the process at no cost.
Your main functions will be:
1. Prepare menus collaboratively with your team.
2. Ensure adequate supplies at cooking stations.
3. Maintain high standards of health and hygiene.
4. Help foster a smooth and friendly team environment.
5. Collaborate with the Chef and Sous Chef on activities.
6. Display professional competence and focus on service quality.
7. Plan daily operations and manage stock orders.
Minimum requirements:
* European nationality / passport is mandatory.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
* Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
* Minimum intermediate level of English (B1+).
Important note: You will be responsible for your airfare! European citizen with a European passport.
