We are looking for a Stock Manager (6-month temporary mission - paternity leave cover) with a passion for upholding operational standards and processes to join our Marbella Boutique.
The job of a Stock Manager is to support the boutique management and sales team with accurate inventory management and ensure that the flow of goods into and out of the boutique, as well as after-sales services, are handled effectively and efficiently. The candidate should understand how to uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to clients. The position requires highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with all company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and inventory corrections.

Participate in the creation of the CHANEL experience
* Search for solutions to streamline boutique activities and ensure collaboration with other areas.
* Contribute to stock organization.
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product lines in stock.
Contribute to CHANEL's performance
* Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including receipt of deliveries, verification of delivery notes, invoices, and goods.
* Oversee the smooth transfer of products between boutiques and serve as the contact for external carriers.
* Organize and follow up on rotating inventories by product family and annual inventory.
* Handle quality returns, control credits and reminders, and set up quality control and inventory management processes.
* Participate in deploying innovative projects related to inventory management, analyze operational and business needs, report improvement points, and proactively implement action plans.
Team Management
* Coordinate activities and promote collaboration through effective information exchange.
* Ensure the team understands and implements the Maison's strategy.
* Support team members in achieving objectives, conduct performance reviews, and hold individual meetings.
* Ensure team adherence to internal procedures.
* Assist in planning shop activities and resource allocation (relay planning, time tracking, breaks).
* Support and guide the team in daily tasks.
* Develop and deliver reports on team performance and inventory status.
