We are currently looking for a Jr. Product Operations Analyst to join our Marketing, Product & Strategy team in Madrid (hybrid model).
This opportunity is adecuado for early-career professionals who are eager to learn how product organizations operate and want to gain hands-on experience in product execution, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
What will you do?
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team
- Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and knowledge repositories
- Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across tools
- Execute and improve recurring Product Operations processes
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams
- Follow up on action items and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data, Technology, business, or a related field
- No prior professional experience required (internships are a plus)
- Professional level of English and Spanish both spoken and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and digital tools
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in Product, technology, and continuous improvement
