Managing the administrationspain company email address

* Forwarding the invoices to the accounting team
* Solving requests from departments
* Maintaining communication with the group and solving different situations

Ensuring administrative support for all departments of the company (responding to requests for information and documents, preparation of reports, data entry activities)

Organizing and maintainting the records of internal documents and their electronic archiving

Secretarial and organizational tasks (writing, distributing, archiving business correspondence, handling emails, couriers..)

Welcoming visitors and announcing contact persons as well as ensuring the protocol during meetings

Purchaise of what is necessary for the proper functioning of the office (supplies, cleaning products, whatever necessary for the protocol)

Relates to the administrator of the building and security where the company is located

Maintaining the relation with the cleaning company and supervise their work

Maintain relation with the translation company, with the notarial office and the coordinate the translation and legalization of the necesary documents.

Obtaining the certificat of status and the certificat of fiscal registration when requested

Translation of necesary documents for internal use

Drafting certain contracts

Any other office related tasks required by company’s management

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Ensuring communication between the CEO and the rest of the team (when requested)
