This role is highly execution-driven, focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute business development strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth
* Manage and expand relationships with market makers, funds, HFT firms, copy traders, high-volume VIPs, and projects with potential collaboration needs
* Own and drive liquidity onboarding, including MM integration and ongoing relationship management
* Work closely with product and technical teams to support partner integrations
* (CEX futures and DEX differ technically, but strong understanding of one side and integration details is required)
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and summits
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on BD progress and results
Requirements
* Highly self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and hands-on
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* 3+ years of business development experience in crypto / Web3 / related fields
* Solid experience in:
o Market maker / liquidity partnerships
o VIP or institutional trading relationships
o Commercial negotiations and partnerships
o Able to collaborate and attend meetings aligned with APAC time zones
Nice to Have
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing teams
* Prior exposure to both CEX and DEX trading environments
* Existing network with MMs, quant funds, or liquidity institutions
