Job Description As a
Community Growth Manager, you will develop, animate, and engage our partner community to grow our global ecosystem. You will act as a conductor between business and talent, directly contributing to the success of our marketplace and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment
– Identify, engage and retain top freelance and ESN talent; conduct multi‑channel prospecting (LinkedIn, CRM, events, referrals); understand profiles, motivations and ambitions to build lasting collaborations.
Community Management
– Create connection through events, inspiring content and ambassador programmes; stimulate engagement, highlight successes and encourage mutual support; nurture the “LittleBig Family” daily with authenticity.
Partnerships & ESN
– Build and maintain strong relationships with ESN and strategic partners; uncover new synergies to broaden the talent pool and maximise opportunities; co‑create joint initiatives that enhance network value.
Leadership & Performance
– Lead and grow a team of Community Recruiters with clear, motivating objectives; monitor and analyse KPIs of performance, engagement, and satisfaction; experiment, measure, and adjust to make test‑&‑learn a team habit.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Connect Operations, Product, Marketing and Community Building teams; contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and community‑management methods; propose strategy to evolve the network growth plan.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in commerce, HR, or related field.
Proven success in recruitment, sourcing, community management, or business development.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Comfortable with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent relational skills, analytical mindset and sense of initiative.
Strong interest in IT, freelancing or consulting environments.
Autonomous, curious, results‑oriented and energetic.
