Barcelona | Full-time | The Stoke Brands Co: The Stoke Brands Co (Stoke Travel, Barcelona Boat Party, Surf Camps & Festivals) is looking for a commercially driven Revenue & OTA Performance Manager to own and optimise our performance across online travel agencies.
You will be responsible for driving bookings, improving visibility, optimising pricing, and increasing profitability across platforms such as Booking.com, Hostelworld, Expedia, GetYourGuide, Airbnb.

What You’ll Own
Revenue Optimisation
* Dynamic pricing adjustments based on demand, seasonality and events
* Monitoring ADR, occupancy, margin and booking pace
* Identifying underperforming markets and improving conversion
* Testing cancellation policies and pricing strategies
OTA Ranking & Visibility
* Improving listing performance and search ranking
* Optimising photos, descriptions, and content
* Monitoring review scores and implementing improvement strategies
* Analysing competitor positioning
Data & Performance Analysis
* Tracking conversion rates and booking trends
* Building simple performance reports and dashboards
* Identifying growth opportunities and inefficiencies
* Making data-driven recommendations to leadership
Channel Strategy
o Evaluating commission impact and channel mix
o Supporting direct booking growth strategy
o Recommending distribution adjustments based on profitability
You Are
o Highly analytical and commercially minded
o Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets
o Obsessed with metrics and performance
o Naturally curious about how platforms rank listings
o Confident making pricing decisions
o Independent and proactive
Bonus points if you:
o Have worked with Booking.com / Hostelworld / Expedia extranet
o Have experience in revenue management, e-commerce, or distribution
o Understand hospitality, travel, or event-based businesses
