Responsibilities
* Overseeing all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards
* Designing effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality
* Assisting and supporting in the execution of test cases, stepping on to conduct tests when necessary
* Collaborating with our development team and business team to refine and improve testing processes
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods
* Lead defect identification and resolution processes
Experience & Further Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise
* At least 2-3 years of experience in test management
* Proven experience in designing and executing test cases
* A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed
* Strong analytical thinking and structured way of working
* Knowledge of the ISTQB Model would be an advantage
* Experience with international and intercultural teams
