brThe core duties of the post are to identify, design and execute plans that help the company’s business grow as well as develop new products, services and lines of business to increase and sustain that growth.

brResponsibilities and Duties
brHandle inquiries, create and improve service proposals for our existing and new clients.
brResponsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
brSupervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
brResponsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
brResponsible for achieve sales goals to aid in achieving targets
brNurture new sales leads to secure business
brResponsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
brResponsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
brBuild relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one
brDevelop our EU agents network in assigned areas and targets.
brPerform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

brQualifications
br~3+ years in freight forwarding industry or logistics related business
br~ Air / Ocean Freight Import or Export experience in freight forwarding with leadership experience will be an advantage
br~ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
br~ Knowledge of all Import/Export regulations and documents
br~ Excellent verbal written communication skills in Spanish, English and Chinese
br~ Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
br~ Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details
br~ The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
