What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with AXA’s transformation goals.
- Lead cross‑functional squads of developers, analysts, and IT owners to deliver impactful features.
- Act as the key link between business needs and technical delivery, translating priorities into actionable product increments.
- Manage the product backlog, focusing on features that maximize value for customers and the business.
- Oversee end‑to‑end claims processes, ensuring consistent delivery across customer‑facing and back‑end solutions.
- Proactively explore innovative technologies, including AI/GenAI, to increase automation and efficiency.
- Drive product adoption, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and customer feedback to refine the product and ensure sustained value.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure smooth integration and alignment across the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards, maintaining integrity and fairness.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in product management or ownership, especially in insurance, claims, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of claims management operations and IT solutions, ideally with experience on platforms like Guidewire.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe), backlog management, and product lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (IT, business, AI/GenAI).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI and automation, to enable smarter decision‑making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across multicultural environments.
- Ability to influence and orchestrate change without direct authority.
- A degree in business, management, IT, or a related field; certifications such as CSPO, Agile, or Prince2 are highly valued.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- A collaborative leader with resilience, adaptability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
