The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Business Developer to work for a leading renewable energy platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop B2B opportunities with industrial and commercial clients to offer them a wide portfolio of renewable solutions; combining solar PV, storage, backup systems, electrification, EV charging, PPAs, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Lead long, high‑value sales cycles with C‑level and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and delivery.
- Manage the Salesforce pipeline and build long‑term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the energy transition (PV, storage, PPAs, electrification).
- Engineering background or high technical fluency.
- B2B sales experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Comfortable with long cycles, large deals, and solution‑selling.
- Autonomous, structured, target‑driven.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
The person will have to travel 50-70% of the time and the person can be based in any region of Spain.
