**Purpose**
Develop, monitor and execute marketing plans, based on the regional marketing
plan, marketing analytics and Strategic Market Plan/Tactical Plans, with the aim of
achieving sales targets and promoting and strengthening the Enza Zaden/Vitalis
identity, image and reputation.

**Key accountabilities**
1. Co-create and execute the tactical plans: set up and execute various
marketing campaigns/events to achieve the sales targets and to position
our innovative concepts and/or brands in the market, in collaboration with
the regional marketing team, subsidiary sales management team and in
continuous alignment with the Strategic Plans (SRP-SMP-TP) and the Integral
Brand Strategy.
2. Execute and manage plans and projects related to marketing
communication, with the aim of getting the maximum output coming from
the combination and alignment between the product, customer strategy
and brand strategy. These plans and projects are promotional (trade
shows, advertising) as well as relational (field days, customers).
3. Ensure operational execution of marketing communication campaigns in
alignment with the briefing/creative concepts at hand. Address and solve
issues with agencies when follow-up is not according agreements, escalate
in case of conflicts, and report performance.
4. Coordinate the collection of marketing intelligence within the subsidiary.
Maintain and utilize systems (i.e. MCM) and digital tools effectively in
relation to promotional activities.
5. Manage expenses according to marketing plans.
6. Actively participate in customer activities and/or multidisciplinary projects
and Marketing & Sales management team meeting.
7. Create straightforward and relevant campaign ideas - including
professional and original content - to communicate the positioning of the
company brands
