Digital & Technology Lead Expert SAP O2C
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Responsibilities
* Run, execute and deliver solutions in project mode (design, configuration, setup, test and solution validation) including cutover, go live and hyper care. Address level 3 support for complex issues.
* Direct and clear interaction with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design and day-to-day communications.
* Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance.
* Contribute as business analyst to the delivery of improvement plan impacting the OTC functional domain.
* Work with Platform / Product teams to support delivery of integration projects.
* Stay current with SAP technology roadmap and propose strategic improvements to the SAP environment.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in SAP SD topics.
* Excellent functional knowledge on E2E O2C flows: Order flow from quotation, ATP check, supply chain impacts (warehouse handling, transport…), Credit/Debit memo, Third-Party Orders, Intercompany Sales and Stock transfer process. With understanding of Plant Abroad, Consignment Flows and Bonded Warehouse.
* Excellent functional knowledge on Credit management, Pricing (base price, surcharges, discounts, etc.), Sales Outputs and E-invoicing.
* Familiarity with complex system landscapes, including SAP cross-module interaction (as SD>
FICO, Planning, WM and MM).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
