We’re looking for talented Contract Analysts to support transformative healthcare projects across Western Europe. This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking team, working on complex agreements that help shape clinical research and medical innovation.
What You’ll Do:
* Analyze and manage contracting processes related to clinical agreements, specialty contracts, and terms & conditions.
* Draft, negotiate, and administer various contracts in collaboration with legal, clinical, and vendor teams.
* Review legal terms, ensure compliance, and support contract negotiations to meet project and organizational goals.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to track contract progress and resolve issues.
* Support clinical trial activities by liaising with cross-functional teams, preparing outsourcing proposals, and maintaining accurate contract records.
* Lead smaller projects related to contract design and implementation, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
* Use your critical thinking and legal understanding to review redlines, assess risk, and recommend optimal contractual solutions.
You Bring to the Table:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to think critically in a matrixed environment.
* Dual familiarity with legal terminology/conditions and budget/financial basics.
* Proven experience supporting clinical research, legal departments, or managing complex contracts.
* Expertise in specialty agreements, terms & conditions, and clinical trial contracts.
* Ability to navigate negotiations independently and escalate when necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have Skills:
* Background supporting clinical research or in a healthcare/medical setting.
* Good Clinical Practices (GCP) knowledge.
* Previous experience in vendor or clinical agreement management.
* Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
* Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish or French.
* Experience working within a matrix organization environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of contract review/negotiation experience, or
* Advanced degree (JD, Master’s, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in contracts, legal, or clinical environments.
Other Requirements:
* Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements.
* Ability to start as soon as possible.
* Willingness to support contractual activities across Western Europe, with bilingual language skills a plus.
