This role identifies high-impact scientific use cases, translates them into scalable product solutions, and drives measurable adoption and value for scientists.What You’ll Do- Own product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to business and scientific goals- Identify, prioritize, and standardize high-value scientific use cases across workflows- Translate complex scientific needs into clear product requirements for engineering and design- Lead cross-functional execution (engineering, data science, design, scientific stakeholders) in an Agile environment- Drive launch readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and outcomes- Build strong partnerships with customers and internal scientific teamsWhat You Bring- BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field- 5+ years’ relevant experience, including product management for software products- Ability to turn ambiguous scientific challenges into structured product plans- Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills- Familiarity with data analysis (Python, R, or MATLAB a plus)If you’re passionate about translating scientific innovation into scalable AI-powered products, we’d love to connect.
