You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hospitality employers helping them adopt Hosco’s recruitment and employer branding solutions to meet their talent needs. /pp This is a high-responsibility, quota-carrying role where success means driving measurable revenue, developing strategic client relationships, and opening the door to enterprise growth opportunities. /p p What You’ll Do /p p Business Development Strategy /pulli Build and execute a territory plan that maximizes market potential across hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality players. /lili Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a consultative and solutions-driven approach. /lili Implement multi-channel outreach sequences (outreach tool, email, phone, LinkedIn, get support with AI tools) to increase response rates and be creative about developing your assigned territory. /lili Position Hosco as a long-term partner in talent acquisition and employer branding. /li /ul p Client Engagement Sales Cycle Leadership /pulli Lead the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, tailored demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing. /lili Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners). /lili Leverage business trips, networking events, industry forums and online meetings to expand reach and visibility. /li /ul p Account Growth Retention /pulli Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. /lili Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen account penetration. /li /ul p Performance Reporting /pulli Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. /lili Track pipeline activities and forecasts accurately in Salesforce. /lili Share insights and feedback to continuously refine Hosco’s go-to-market strategy. /li /ul What We’re Looking For brulli3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with SMB and mid-market clients. /lili Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, or Hospitality Sales strongly preferred. /lili Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. /lili Excellent influencing, negotiation, and closing skills at senior stakeholder level. /lili Understanding or strong interest in the hospitality industry, strong business acumen and ability to develop territory growth strategies. /lili Resilient, driven, and motivated by results. /lili Fluent in English + one additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic). /lili Eligible to work in the EU and based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona. /li /ul Why Join Hosco?brulli Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure. /lili Hybrid work model (Barcelona office + home flexibility). /lili Fast-growing scale-up at the center of the global hospitality industry. /lili International team with flat structure and entrepreneurial culture. /lili Career growth opportunities and exposure to senior decision-makers across the industry. /lili Flexible working hours and public holiday policy. /li /ul p If you’re a proven sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory and play a key role in Hosco’s growth story, we’d love to hear from you! /p
