Job Description Summary
The Financial Business Analyst manages and analyzes data and information related to the business performance of relevant products, customers, and trends. Responsibilities include conducting business intelligence analyses, forecasting medium‑to‑long‑term trends, and monitoring KPI’s to support strategic decision‑making.
Main Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze data regarding performance of the business at overall, account, product line, product mix, and channel levels.
* Support forecasting and strategic planning activities and evaluate potential market opportunities.
* Maintain and update unit price lists, with approvals from Sales Managers and the Commercial Excellence Manager.
* Lead price increase projects and update SFDC Territory database and annual targets.
* Prepare business cases and action plans for B2B, distribution and private customer segments.
* Calculate commissions and returns for agents and private entities.
* Prepare and deliver sales and product reports, business reviews, and strategic plans.
About You
* Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
* Previous experience as an Analyst.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.
* Good written and oral English proficiency.
* Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
Salary Range
€32,000 – €37,000 per year.
