Cegid is looking for a Global Learning Leader, based in Madrid or Barcelona, to join Corinne Celli's Global Talent Development Team.
What will you achieve?
As Global Learning Leader, you will design and deploy high-impact learning journeys and upskilling programs that support Cegid’s strategic transformation, drive organizational growth and accelerate employee development worldwide.As a Global Learning Leader, you will:
Develop, own and execute the global Learning strategy in alignment with Talent Development and business priorities,Partner with business leaders, HRBPs to identify skill gaps, define re/upskilling strategy and design high-impact learning journeys (from current programs diagnostic to gaps analysis, change-management, vendors selection, budget management, rollout, learner engagement / ROI and impact measurement),Optimize the Learning Delivery Model —standardize processes, streamline governance, budget, process, tools, ressources allocations, KPI, vendors). Facilitate a Learning community across Cegid,Oversee the entire lifecycle of Training run activities, including the annual training plan construction and on-going management,Lead, develop, mentor a team of learning professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, professional growth, and facilitate the Learning community across the company,Act as trusted advisor on trends to staying ahead of the market.
